Entrees are topped with parmesan cheese and a touch of parsley 

  • Baked Chicken Parmesan - Breaded chicken breast served in a tomato sauce with fresh mozzarella and basil
  • Grilled Chicken Ragout - Lightly breaded grilled chicken breast served with creame fraiche, wild mushrooms, onion, gralic, salt & pepper
  • Red Pepper Mornay Chicken – Golden brown chicken breast served in a rich cream sauce, with roasted red peppers and swiss cheese
  • Pasta Primavera - Penne pasta served in a creamy white wine sauce with broccoli, mushrooms, squash, zucchini, red peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes
  • Pasta Italiano - Bowtie pasta, Italian sausage, and red bell peppers mixed with a pesto sauce
  • Penne Pasta with Tomato Vodka Sauce - a classic Italian pasta sauce made with tomatoes, onions, garlic, a touch of vodka and whipping cream

All events are subject to a $350 room set-up fee which includes use of 30 feet of drapery and 12 uplights
A 15% discount is available for this package for Friday and Sunday wedding receptions
